Open me up > Tap on your More > Tap Profile and edit your Account information. You can change your email but not your phone number.
To protect your identity, UTU does not allow you to change your phone number. You need to download a new version under a different phone number. Same with changing your country of residence by the way. Have another question? Email my team and they'll respond to you within 24 hours.
