We hate when that happens.
Please follow a few simple steps:
1) Start your UTU, Tap on 'More' > 'Points Transactions' to view your UTU Points Transactions activity. If you have earned, redeemed, or given friends UTU Points that day, it will be displayed.
2) Make sure that you're connected to Wi-Fi or that you have cellular data, as UTU works in real time and with Internet connectivity.
3) Reach out to your Friend and ask him/her if their notifications are on. To turn notifications on, simply tap on 'More' and 'Notifications Settings' to turn on the green tab for Transactions.
