Please follow a few simple steps:
1) Check your Home page to view your UTU Points balance or tap on your notifications (That little bell in the upper right hand corner of your Home page) to view any activity in regards to your Account. If you have earned UTU Points that day, it will be displayed.
2) Make sure that you're connected to Wi-Fi or that you have cellular data as UTU works in real time and with Internet connectivity.
